Refund Policy All reservation and/or ticket purchases are non-refundable. Frankie Lemmon School and Developmental Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, 100% of the price paid is eligible for charitable contribution and may be tax deductible.
